openssl_csr_sign() 从给定的 CSR 生成一个x509证书资源

参数
csr- 由openssl_csr_new()函数生成的CSR. 也可以是由类似
file://path/to/csr格式指定的指向PEM编码的CSR路径，或者是一个由openssl_csr_export()函数生成的字符串。 cacert- 生成的证书将由
cacert签名。 如果cacert为null, 生成的证书将是自签名证书。 priv_keypriv_key是cacert证书对应的私钥。daysdays指定生成的证书在几天内有效的时间长度。configargs- 你可以通过
configargs确定CSR签名。 查看openssl_csr_new() 方法获取configargs的更多相关信息。 serial- 可选的发行证书编号。如果没有指定默认值为0.
返回值
成功，返回一个 x509 证书资源，失败则返回 false .
