gmp_legendre — Legendre symbol

gmp_legendre ( GMP $a , GMP $p ) : int

Compute the [http://primes.utm.edu/glossary/page.php?sort=LegendreSymbol »  Legendre symbol] of a and p. p should be odd and must be positive.
